Talking to Children About Violence: Tips for Parents and Teachers

Families and school personnel must work collaboratively in helping to ensure a sense of security for students in school. The first thing we must do, is talk to our students about their feelings regarding this topic, particularly after an act of school violence occurs in one of our nation’s schools.
